Carbine I is our introductory tactical rifle course and covers both the AR & AK platforms. It is the required pre-requisite in order to move on to the more advanced tactical aspects of Carbine II and Carbine III.

Equipment you will need for the carbine classes will include the following:

• Eye & Ear protection (suggest good electronic so you can hear commands
• Rifle (either AR or AK platform) & pistol
• Minimum of 3 rifle magazines and two pistol magazines
• 2 rifle magazine carriers
• 1 belt mounted pistol magazine carrier
• 1 strong-side outside the waistband pistol holster (hip or drop-leg is acceptable)
• 1 two-point rifle sling
• 1 pair of leather palmed gloves (non insulated)
• Minimum of 300 rifle rounds and 100 pistol rounds
